Turn one invoice into multiple payments, reconciled as one.

Let each payer pay their share directly, while you keep one invoice and one clear balance.

Payments

Toka never holds your money

Your payment provider processes every payment. Toka has no balance and no float.

Settlement

Only settled payments count

A started payment changes nothing. Toka updates the balance only when payment is confirmed.

Reconciliation

Payments update the original invoice

Each payment is written back as it settles, keeping the invoice balance current.

One invoice doesn’t always mean one payer.

When multiple people are contributing to the same bill, merchants are left chasing payments, tracking who has paid and manually working out what is still outstanding.

FAQs

Do you hold the money?

No. Your payment provider processes every payment and pays your business directly. Toka has no balance, no float, and no custody of funds at any point.

Is this bill splitting?

No. Those products work out who owes whom after someone has already paid the whole thing. Toka establishes who is responsible for what before anyone is collected from, and each person pays the business directly. Nobody is ever out of pocket waiting to be paid back.

Do I have to change how I invoice?

No. Same invoice, same accounting system, same payment provider. Toka only fills the gap between the two.

What if one person doesn’t pay?

Their share stays outstanding and nobody else’s changes. The invoice shows exactly what has landed and what has not.

Only Xero and Pinch?

Those are what is wired up today. Accounting and payments are both slots behind an interface, so neither is baked into how Toka works.

What does it cost?

Onboarding is operator-run right now, so there is no self-serve price list to point at. Tell us how you bill and we will tell you whether Toka fits.
